Tuna Cheese Casserole..by Chef Aya

Choux ( French. English, pronounced as shoo ) Pastry:
250g butter
500g flour
4 egg yolks
pinch of salt
500ml water.
( this is a rather large quantity, I usually make half the amount for a normal size casserole. My advise is for U to try half first )
Steps:
Boil water and salt.
Mix in flour to a ball.
Draw off from fire and mix in the egg yolks.
Fillings;
4 tins of tuna with mayonaise.
Onions diced.
Garlic.
Green capsicum diced
2 slices of bread soaked in milk, not too watery plis! just enough..
pepper n salt.
Cheese. ( I use slice any type of cheese. Not cheddar, pahit! )
Fry all these.
( noticed that I didn't quantify certain things eg onion, garlic etc. Depending on the sizes, put accordingly. I like onions, so I put lots of it, yg x suka bawang, letakla sikit. x sedap x tau!! )
Finally..
Line the casserole with half the pastry.
Add in the fillings.
Then top it with the other half of the pastry.
Poke a few holes on the pastry with fork, to allow for hot steam to come out.
Extra cheese on top, optional.
Bake at 170 C for 30 mins.
