Mini Gathering 070309

Dear all,

Indeed it is such a joy to be able to spend a saturday afternoon amongst charming ladies and old buddy in our evergreen monitor's lovely home.

Big applause (aka appreciation) must be given to Aya's dear hubby to set up the 'lanai' for us all. So very kind and thotful of him.

But the champions must be recognised. They are Amin, Muhani, Ainon. These 3 super duper people do not need sleep....zzzzzzzzzz !

Gone are my days to keep those unearthly hours...maklum- lah, still need my beauty sleep, you know.

Thank you Aya for hosting and certainly looking forward to the recipe for your daughter's wonderful tuna casserole. Please include pastry portion too.

Truly enjoyed the fellowship and the hospitality.

Strange...but true. Despite the many years of being apart, have not very much in common with career paths, each with our own struggles and joys in each of our family lives and with just the long ago friendship (or kiddo's time together),.. ..we are able to let ourselves be ourselves. Quite amazing! If you are not, I still am! This is quite an unusual gathering of old friends. Not easy to find a group that we can just be who we are. (Maybe becoz we have seen each other's kiddy ways many years ago...ha ha ) So in many ways, I appreciate all of you for being just who you are. And I am glad just to be there in the fun of the ejek-ejek, blah, blah and of course rejoicing in each others' joy. So coming up next...Aya is going to be a nenek! Sure sounds kind of 'old'. But she is always evergreen. Not antiquated yet.

Hi Frenz! Seronok kan kita reunion ari tu! Rugi org yg tak join kita. Tak pe.. there's always next time. Don't forget.. monitor kita ada amik attendance. So I hope u all rajin2 la datang.. Lagi dua tiga bulan InsyaAllah kita jumpa lagi. Aya n Family.. thanks a million for hosting our gathering and for your kind hospitality. We really felt so much at home. The food was great even though u had to prepare it at the last moment. Kalau I yang prepare mesti hangus makanan tu. I love your house, the garden and fish pond. Bertuahnya u ada rumah yg amn bahagia. I tangga rumah dan tayar kereta pun tak de tapi I'm happy like you all too..

Azmah.. I just can't thank u enough 4 letting me stay overnite at your lovely house. Tak boleh lupa kenangan kami berempat bersembang sampai ke pagi kat rumah you. Maafkan kami ya kalau we all treat your home mcm rumah sendiri je. Muhaini sampai demam dan tak keluar suara krn x cukup tido. Amin pun nampak mcm tak sihat pagi tu. I pulak kalau dah jumpa frenz hilang semua keletihan dan sakit. Balik Kedah baru pengsan dan x sedar members call dan send messages. Rahila... It was great dapat jumpa dan tido bersama u sekatil dengan Duta Felisa. Yang lain tak jeles ke?? Kalau Midah ada lagi best. Tapi dia ada time limit x boleh stay sampai pagi nanti hubby dia pulak x boleh tido..

Girlz.. u caya ke ride superbike boleh bantu awet muda? Untuk Girlz apa pulak tips awet muda? Aya.. any ideas to share with us. Anyway..to bikers out there.. have fun and enjoy your passion for speeding. It's a fun way to to see the country .Azmah I jeles la u dpt MMS superbiker yang macho tu.. U nak tau tak.? I cuma dpt gambar motor je..

To all frenz yg dtg ke rumah Aya.. syabas ye for for making the event 'happening'. Peng Huat u r so sporting. Your presence means so much to us. Pls try to get the other chinese frenz to come in future. And I hope to meet your lovely spouse n kids too. Frenz.. for the next rendezvous, I will gladly sponsor the food and refreshment and I will not take 'NO' for an answer... well, see u Guys in emails. Don't be lazy to cheer each other up.
